Microsoft 365 Copilot Subscription to Integrate Sales, Service and Finance Solutions

Microsoft is adding more value to its Microsoft 365 Copilot commercial subscription by integrating its AI-powered Sales, Service, and Finance Copilots at no additional cost. Previously, these standalone Copilot assistants were available at $20 per user per month on top of a Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription.

In June, Bloomberg reported that Microsoft was struggling to sell its Microsoft 365 Copilot solution to enterprise customers as ChatGPT continues to dominate the generative AI narrative. Microsoft 365 Copilot is also quite expensive at $30 per user per month; therefore, Microsoft’s decision to integrate its sales, service, and finance Copilots into the subscription may help make it more appealing to enterprise customers.

The service currently known as Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales integrates data from leading CRM tools into the Microsoft 365 productivity suite. Copilot for Service is an AI assistant designed for customer service representatives, while Copilot for Finance streamlines financial operations and enables complex data analysis in Microsoft Excel.

“These role-based solutions will be available for installation to Microsoft 365 Copilot customers via the Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Store starting in October 2025,” said Bryan Goode, Corporate Vice President, Business Applications and Agents Marketing at Microsoft yesterday. You can also notice that Microsoft is now referring to these AI assistants as “solutions,” which is probably best to make its various Copilot offerings less confusing for customers.
