Google’s AI Mode is Now Available in Spanish

Google’s new AI Mode in search is now available in Spanish in markets where it’s available. In addition to Spanish, the experimental feature is now available in English, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, and Brazilian Portuguese.

AI Mode in Google Search leverages the company’s Gemini 2.5’s advanced reasoning, thinking, and multimodal capabilities to provide ChatGPT-like answers right from the search engine. There’s also a Deep Research option for questions that require more detailed responses.

“This brings our most powerful AI search experience to Spanish speakers around the world. Now, even more people can ask their most complex questions and get a helpful response in AI Mode with links to explore further on the web.”

It’s worth noting that Google’s AI Mode is not yet available in Spain and other big European countries, including France, Germany, and Italy. It’s a similar situation for AI Overviews in search results, which are only available in select European countries at the moment.
