Nvidia is ready to replace its GeForce Experience app on Windows with its new Nvidia app, which is now officially out of beta. The new client provides access to the latest GeForce Game Ready and Nvidia Studio drivers, and it also lets users easily configure optimal playable settings for their games. But that’s not all.
“Featuring a unified GPU control center, NVIDIA app allows fine-tuning of game, program, and driver settings from a single place, while introducing a redesigned in-game overlay for convenient access to powerful gameplay recording tools, performance monitoring overlays, and game enhancing filters, including innovative new AI-powered filters for RTX users,” the company explained today.
Nvidia says that this new app comes with a modernized UI that’s 50% more responsive than the one on its GeForce Experience app. The left navigation menu lets users access driver, graphics, and other system settings like G-SYNC, as well as the redesigned Nvidia Overlay that supports 4K 120 FPS AV1 video capture. A Rewards section also provides to GeForce Rewards for select games.
The company is already working on adding new features to this app, including additional Nvidia Control Panel options like Surround and Multiple Display Mode settings. This new Nvidia app also promotes the company’s other gaming apps such as GeForce Now and Nvidia RTX Remix, as well as its other apps for developers and creative professionals including Nvidia Broadcast, Nvidia Canvas, and Nvidia ChatRTX.
PC gamers with an Nvidia GPU can download this new Nvidia app from the company’s website. The app will also soon be offered as an optional download when installing Nvidia’s Game Ready Driver and Studio Ready Drivers.
