Microsoft has released a new Microsoft 365 Copilot app for macOS today, which provides access to the enterprise version of the AI chatbot. Just like the Windows and mobile versions, Microsoft 365 Copilot also lets Mac users access their Office files and more.
Back in February, Microsoft had already released a native Copilot app for Mac, but that was for the consumer version of its AI assistant. The new Microsoft 365 Copilot app for macOS also supports personal Microsoft accounts in addition to work and school accounts.

With a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, enterprise users can access Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, which offers an AI chat experience that’s grounded in the company’s information, enterprise data protection, and agent management. AI agents can be accessed from the app’s left menu alongside the new Copilot notebooks.
The new Microsoft 365 Copilot app for macOS can be downloaded from this page, but it doesn’t appear to be available in all markets yet. The consumer version first launched in the US and the UK, so you may need to wait to get it on your Mac.
