Fixed crash issues. Microsoft says it has fixed “a bunch of crash issues.”
Significantly reduced CPU usage. If you use animated emoticons, Skype 7.5 offers significantly reduced CPU consumption, making the app more stable and efficient.
What this release doesn’t fix is an issue with screen sharing: Currently, Skype for Mac disables screen sharing if you pause and then resume a call. There’s no real workaround for this issue, yet, but presumably it will be fixed in a coming update.
