    <p>It's a pity Microsoft couldn't just issue a voucher in the form of a code, this avoiding the shipping cost problem.</p>

    <p>Shipping cost to Germany is not the problem: I would pay for Global Priority Mail (seems to be ca. $50) + transport imsurance for the value above $200 (ca, $10) + customs (do not know if a gift is €0 or €100) + PayPal fees (ca. $5) + stable packing ($20 should do incl. sufficient time spent) + buy a German power plug (ca. €30). So for an expense of €100 or 200 (if customs is not free), a Surface Go would still be a bargain. Just right for a product whose ordinary sales price would be too high for what it offers from my perspective. Just saying.</p>

    <p>I would gladly pay for shipping myself if it could mean winning either a surface go or surface headphones, hopefully you change your mind about it being U.S. only if you can find some way for the winner to pay for shipping if he/she is willing to 🙂 </p>
