Instagram Now Lets You Start Group Chats With Stories

Instagram is expanding its growing collection of interactive stickers with a new chat sticker for Stories. The company announced on Tuesday a new chat sticker that will make it really easy for users to start new communities and group chats.

The new chat sticker is essentially a way for people to invite others into a new group chat. It could be really useful for when you are trying to do a meetup with your close friends, or just want to create a chat to talk about something.

When you place a chat sticker within a story, others can request to be part of the chat. You have complete control over who joins the chat, and you can remove people that you don’t really want in the chat. After that, you can start the new chat with all the people that you chose from before, and you can even end the chat whenever you want.
