Microsoft’s Build 2019 website is live, confirming rumors that it will be held May 6 to 8, 2019 at the Washington Convention Center in Seattle.
Registration opens in three weeks, on Wednesday, February 27.
“Join us in Seattle for Microsoft’s premier event for developers,” the site notes. “Come and experience the latest developer tools and technologies. Imagine new ways to create software by getting industry insights into the future of software development. Connect with your community to understand new development trends and innovative ways to code.”
As was the case last year, Microsoft’s Build conference overlaps with Google’s developer-focused I/O conference, which is being held May 7-9. That’s sure to cause some problems for developers, who will need to figure out which, if either, of these shows to attend.
The good news? Both events will be streamed and sessions can be viewed later online.

I'd be interested in anything except UWP apps, .Net Core (unless it becomes a superset of standard .NET on Windows), iOS development or Android development.
