Mac Mini M4 or M4 Pro

I am a Windows 10 user and current PC will not upgrade to Win 11. I know I can get around this but it is time for a new computer. I use Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook. Looking at M4 with 24GB memory or the M4 Pro 24GB memory. Will be using Parallels to run Win 11 on, which would best?
