Should I Buy Plex Pass Lifetime Before Increase?

Hi ya’ll! So I’m on the downhil of my UGREEN DXP2800 formatting for RAID 1….taking forever! I’m so new to NAS systems and the software used etc. I was wondering would it be a good investment to just purchase a lifetime license to Plex before they increase it?

I haven’t started to use my NAS for saving files or even started to look at how I would stream movies and TV shows to my TVs yet. But I do know Plex and Jellyfin are probably the most popular software used for this.

So what do ya’ll think? Should I just buy the lifetime now so I have it when I’m ready to start experimenting with streaming to my TVs? Thanks!
