Issues with OpenWeb and comments.

The comments are typically not showing up when I view an article, or a forum post. The problem has gotten worse over the past few weeks.

FWIW, I have had 100% success seeing them by going to my Account page and then navigating back to the article. Not sure why this should work as I would think that comments would be visible to any visitor, whether or not they can post.
