How are people using Copilot and Notebooks??

I feel like copilot 365 notebooks, word integration, and chat are almost ready to be useful but not quite. I use the standalone copilot app as a writing assistant with the variable response settings, paste into Word. The Word copilot chat lacks the history I have in the standalone app. Curious to see how other people are using them together and with Notebooks.
