It has been grueling, but we believe the issues with notifications have been resolved. We continue to monitor the platform and refine performance. There were a number of issues that were causing the problem, that spanned OpenWeb, Cloudflare, and our site as well. This took far longer than it should have, and we appreciate your patience.
