ARM and the future of gaming

With the reveal of the new ARM chips for windows and a large assumption that they are as performant as promised what do you think the future of gaming looks like? Will AMD and Intel keep a hold of gaming as the choice in CPU or will AMD and NVIDIA ensure their hardware works with ARM processors as well?

I was considering this after reading about the ROG Ally X. A handheld with the compute that is offered on ARM appears to be pretty appealing. Will this lead to more games on Mac as well? What will it mean for consoles going forward?
