    <p>This is one of the most absurd things I’ve ever seen!</p><p><br></p><p>I’m sure the State of California’s computers, are less energy efficient than a most new gaming PCs!</p><p><br></p><p>Especially if they’re still using old Core 2 Duos-2nd Intel processors in their fleet. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were!</p>
