Router Repair

I have recently had a firmware update brick a Netgear r8500 router. Anyone know where I can get it repaired?

Thanks

Probably a pointless gesture but if Netgear’s update neutralized it, they should make it right.

This might help: <a href="https://19216801help.com/" target="_blank" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">192.168.0.1

Can't tell from the wording, but if it was an official update from Netgear, you need to contact them. Their forums have several references to updates bricking the R8500. Several people have indicated that they were able to RMA and get a replacement.
