‘From Paul’s Desk’ Weekly Premium Newsletter

Good afternoon!

Paul’s weekly Premium Newsletter was sent at approximately 2:30pm ET today. I am sharing this update so that members can be on the lookout for potential ‘send/receive’ issues. If you have an issue, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it ASAP. We will also keep this thread alive for a while to communicate updates on this topic and provide some guidance when applicable.

The primary root causes that we have encountered are with members who had unsubscribed or whose email had bounced. If you suspect that you may have ‘unsubscribed’, after logging into the site please go to https://www.thurrott.com/resubscribe.

    <p>Good morning, we heard from one member since yesterday regarding this issue and I believe we have been able to correct that for them. We also forwarded them a copy of yesterday’s newsletter so they didn’t miss it. Please let us know if you are having an issue, we’re here to help you!</p>

    <p>George,</p><p><br></p><p>Have had a very spotty relationship with the newsletter. It appears mainly caused by a hyper-thyroid spam filter at Yahoo! I have tried to train it to some effect but it still gags occasionally and I need to go in and "Not Spam" off-and-on. If you would like to give it a whirl and see how we get on now, I’d be glad to try to keep it coming. (It’s a little frustrating to try to figure out the gist of what Paul’s newsletter is about any particular week from only the feedback, especially in the beginning.)</p><p><br></p><p>Thanks!</p>

    <p>This thread has only just reminded me I’ve not seen this newsletter in forever in my inbox. Going to the link provided tells me I’ve never unsubscribed. Any ideas what is going on? Spam folder is empty. </p>
