Answering machine software recommendations?

I still have a home number (thanks to my cable provider) and would prefer my own answering machine software to the weak stuff provided by them. I have been using a piece of software on an old Mac for 10+ years, and while it works great, I am running out of old Macs to run it on (it won’t run on newer ones). I’m looking for something Windows-based for home/home office with the minimum specs of at least 3 mailboxes, emailing out audio of messages, and the ability to block calls by number/caller ID info, and reasonably priced (not $500, under $200 if possible). Anybody have anything they can recommend?
