Comments section asks for log in, even though I am logged in

Curious if anyone else is seeing this, but about half the time if I try to post or reply to a comment, rather than “Send” I see “Sign-in to post” which is odd since I am signed in. Often, but not always, going to “My Account” at the top of the page then navigating back will fix this. The problem started about the time of the account problems when the back end was changed. I don’t know if the two issues are related or there is some other issue between accounts on Thurrott and OpenWeb.
