Facebook Monitoring Scrolling?

I noticed while browsing my Facebook feed. Facebook will show related/similar posts and photos, without even liking or sharing anything.

This is from simply scrolling and slowing down on certain posts.

Has anyone else noticed this? It feels a bit creepy! ?
