Same Design Team for Apple and Microsoft?

So I was messing around with Apple Passwords and earlier opened Edge because I hadn’t checked it out in a while. Then my ADHD brain took me to something else. But when I went to close some apps out I noticed how similar the icons look for them. I mean either one could be native Apple or Microsoft apps based on the design and color scheme of the icons. Just thought I’d share a nerd moment with my fellow nerds ?.
