Apple app store has ads

So I read a recent article about Apple starts showing ads in the app store.

Didn’t MS do this and the outcry was crazy?  Apple will do this and it will be applauded as the best thing ever…

*Later this year I’m switching to an iPhone (reluctantly) can’t ignore the lack of apps/support on my WinPho.
