With Android apps now running on Chrome OS, you should be able to dock the next Pixel phones into a laptop shell or desktop setup and have Chrome OS. Google could beat Microsoft to the punch here. Having a Snapdragon 835 and 4GB of RAM is overkill for a smartphone, it’s just wasted potential. Think about how special and disruptive that experience would be? All of your Android apps running seamlessly on a Chromebook shell or desktop. This would also justify the high price of Pixel phones, it would suddenly become a very easy purchase to justify, and it could cause some trouble for Windows
