Weird Mac OneDrive Bugs

Wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar since MacOS 14. OneDrive files appear in all search results even though the search is limited to one particular folder.

So, if I conduct a search limited to the Downloads folder in my profile folder, all OneDrive files that meet the criteria appear. Too, if I conduct a search limited to the OneDrive folder I’m viewing, all OneDrive files that meet the criteria appear.

To cap it off, when I conduct a search in a OneDrive, another bug occurs in which search results, legitimate or from other folder, disappear from the results list one by one until there are no results.

This only happens with downloaded OneDrive files and only when the OneDrive app is loaded. Local and iCloud files do not behave in this manner. I’ve tried removing and re-installing OneDrive but the behavior still occurs. Anyone have any thoughts?
