The account settings page on thurrott.com will not let me change my email address

When logged in to this site, I went to the “My Account” page, entered a new email address, clicked “Save Changes”, I saw a little spining image and when the page reloaded, my email was not changed.

I tried doing it again a few times and no change.

I tried disabling my adblocker and password filling extension but that didn’t change anything, the site still wouldn’t let me change to a new email address.

I am connected with a VPN but that shouldn’t affect anything, I was able to change my email address on other sites just fine without a problem.
