WIndows update

I booted computer this morning and checked for updates (do this almost daily) and new KB update was available. It downloaded and started installing. Unfortunately I did not have power supply plugged in and it shutdown. Plugged it in, booted and got to a “Updates are underway…” screen during boot. It did that for about 30 minutes, now it just switched to “You’re 0% there.” and has been there for about 15 minutes or so with no change.

Should I let it sit? How long should I let it sit like this (if no update to percentage) before forcing off and try turning it back on? Any thoughts appreciated.
