Is game pass a good business idea?

Fortunately, I have an ultimate subscription until late 2027 so I am still not too worried. However, I wonder what will be the future of game pass. To me it doesn’t seem as a good idea to offer a very expensive subscription that offers access games that are great, but cater to very different audiences. Microsoft is selling together Fable, CoD, Forza Horizon, Diablo, oblivion, flight simulator ecc. No one is interested in all of this and I certainly don’t want to pay for all of this as I’m interested in only a fraction of it. How do you think the offering will evolve?
