Suggestion for gaming article…

I haven’t been much into gaming over the years (due to lack of time). Aside from once being humbled on (and awed by) my nephew’s VR headset, my game play in the past decades has been limited to phone strategy games (like the Quell series, which I highly recommend). But I’ve always wanted to buy an XBox and get into the Halo series, et. al., but I don’t really know where to start.

Paul, can you write an article about gaming in general? What services are available, what loot boxes are (I have no idea), what downloadable content is (mandatory? optional? worth it?), whether Twitch or Mixer are worth watching, is PC gaming worth it (considering the tendency of game publishers to install rootkits, etc), yada, yada.

I know it’s a big topic, but it’s one of your favorite topics, so I figured you might want to take this on, and it would help a lot of us Trogoldytes come into the modern era… 😉
