Xbox cloud gaming with your app library – still coming?

I thought this would have happened by now; there were articles about this in 2022 (Xbox Cloud Gaming Will Soon Let You Play the Games you Own – Thurrott.com) and in 2024 (Xbox Cloud Gaming “should” finally allow you to stream games you own this year | GamesRadar+).

I’m still not seeing it…any idea what happened here, is it still on the way?
