Google vs. Microsoft: Always enemies?

In the last few weeks I have intensively compared Microsoft’s two services with Outlook on the web and Gmail and unfortunately I have come to a clear decision: I will cancel my Microsoft 365 Business Standard and use Google exclusively for my email and backup service transfer. The decision wasn’t easy for me as a Microsoft user, but the path that Microsoft is now taking with Copilot doesn’t bode well.

What I would like to see is a native Gmail email app in Windows and that the two disputers would finally overcome their enmity. The two would complement each other ideally. That would probably be a nightmare for the competition authorities, but it would be ideal for customers, both business and private.
