Any Rumors What Might Be the Realistic Specs for the new Snapdragon PC’s

I realize this is early, but I was wondering if Paul heard any rumors at Build what might be the realistic specs for the new Arm PC’s. I know what the stated minimum specs are, but I also know they aren’t the realistic specs. I don’t know if there will be much difference in the specs for the Surface and Lenovo. I’m not a hardware expert. But I’m planning to buy one and am anxious to know. Thanks.
