Copilot+ PC Lenvov Question

I am sorry if this is a stupid question but I have been looking online for new PC to replace my dell xps i7 which is great machine but I want use AI for editing.

Lenovo has PCs listed as snapdragon Copilot plus and then lenovo with intel ultra 7i and 9i that are copilot ready and says it can do all the things the snapdragon can do.

I am a little confused I thought certain features were only on snapdragon ones for a time.
