Is Surface Dock being phased out? Hard to find from online stores

Surface Dock has been out of stock for most of the year here in Finland. Stores are now expecting to get some stock in late April / early May.

Amazon UK also shows out of stock.

Any idea if the current dock is being phased out?

    <p>We can only hope this is an early indicator that they will be moving to a Type C dock (preferably TB3). </p>
