Need new laptop, but Windows Signature PC’s don’t exist anymore?

HP fell down cement stairs, it’s a complete write off. It was a Microsoft Signature edition I got in 2018. I remember reading quite a few smart people like Paul recommending a Signature Edition PC or a Surface, but with Signature seemingly gone, what are my options? And I’m talking about a laptop, so building a PC isn’t an option
