Phone Link Problems with iPhone

Using an iPhone, I connected with my LG Gram over Phone Link under Windows 11 Home. This still causes all sorts of Bluetooth problems with the phone. My Bluetooth headphones, both Apple and other makes, keep cutting in and out. Most disturbing, it causes my glucose monitor, the Freestyle Libre 3, to disconnect and stop reporting minute-by-minute readings. When I remove the Bluetooth connection from the Gram and phone everything goes back to normal. Odd.
