Surface Audio Dock

I’m a bit curious about the Surface Audio Dock…specifically, whether anyone else has tried it and could recommend it? I’m a big fan of the line and the integrated speakers seem like a neat addition. I don’t think I’d really expect it to have fantastic speakers, but it does seem like it would be a nice option to have. I already have a Surface Dock gen 1. Looks like the audio dock would use a USB-C instead of Surface Connect. Any gotchas to be aware of there?
