Surface Laptop 3 USB replacement?

Just wondering if anyone here knows if it’s possible to replace the USB-A port on a Surface Laptop 3?

It’s not looking too good at the moment.

I haven’t found anything on web searches, iFixit, nor Microsoft’s service manual. Let alone parts (even checking on eBay).

Nonetheless, perhaps someone here might have an idea?
