Surface Pro 4 Intel Core m3-6Y30 vs Intel Core i5-6300U

Is there any reason to go with the Core i5 over the Core m3? I would just be using the machine for basic business tasks (email, some Word/Excel) etc.

Talking just the processor, I don't see any reason to go Core i5. Windows 10 seems to require at least 4GB of memory to provide a decent UX, so if you have the option, get a machine that has 8GB.
