Microsoft Autofill Extension is shutting down

The Microsoft Autofill extension will be shutting down on December 14, 2024.

Things to note :

Your passwords and addresses are synced with your Microsoft account and accessible through the Microsoft Edge browser for a seamless autofill, view, and export experiences. You’ll need to sign-in to Edge using the same personal ID that you use on Chrome Extension.
Payment information on Chrome Extension is not synced to Edge for security reasons and cannot be viewed or exported in Edge. Please manually transfer or delete this information.
Why am I unable to save new information or edit existing information in Autofill chrome extension?
We are retiring the Autofill chrome extension on December 14, 2024 and as part of this process, we have disabled saving new information or edit existing information as of Novemeber 14, 2024.

This is the extension used by Chrome-based browsers (including Brave). So MS is using it to force people to Edge
