More comical 1809 failures!

I’m evaluating Windows Server 2016 on a machine on the LAN. I want to use RSAT. I read this document…

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45520

When I do what it says in 1809, “Manage Optional Features” tells me that there are no features available.

Again… What did they do to this thing to screw it up so bad?!

I wish you could talk personally to Satya Nadella, but it seems he is living in a very cosy bubble where he doesn't have to deal with this crap. My guess is that he uses a Mac.

If you open the old-style control panel Add/Remove Programs option, it isn't listed there. (I'm using German Windows, so those are rough translations).
