Lumia 950 can’t find my backup

Hi,

I have a Lumia 950 and a couple times I have done a factory reset and had no issues. I did another factory reset this week and now it is not finding my backup file on onedrive. After resetting the phone I did fine the backup file on onedrive, but I can’t have my phone update to that. I did another factory reset and now it is not even seeing the new backup file. The original back up file is still on onedrive as is the new one. If anyone can help with this issue, I would appreciate it.
