Is anyone else experiencing problems getting Microsoft to respond to warranty claims with the Surface Duo 2?
I purchased a Surface Duo 2 at the Microsoft Experience Store in Manhattan on 2/20/22 and purchased a Micrsoft Complete for Business 2 year protection plan at the same time for an extra $399!
This past October I cracked the glass on the outside back of my phone. So I contacted Microsoft for repair or replacement. And I’m waiting……..
I get regular emails telling me that they are sorry but they are waiting for stock. It’s obvious they’ve stopped manufacturing the phones and I’ve tried demanding a refund, but I’m getting nowhere.
Is anyone else getting resolution on warranties for Surface Duos?
