Dolby Vision Video

I bought a Suface Laptop Studio and it includes Dolby Vision support. Does anyone know of a player that plays content preferable from Movies Anywhere in Dolby Vision? Or does Netflix or HBO stream it on Windows. I have most of my movies in iTunes, but they don’t stream over 1080p in Windows.

<p>Amazon Prime supports Dolby Vision, but I’ve no idea whether they support it on Windows (I use a FireTV with a 4K HDR TV)</p>
