You'll end up with a zip file containing all the music you purchased in (I think) non-DRM'ed mp3 files. It is working OK for me. </p><p><br></p><p>Not sure how to accomplish this if Groove, the app is failing for you. Perhaps you can prevail on a friend/associate with Win10 to add you as a user on another machine for as long as it takes?</p><p><br></p><p>Also check on OneDrive to see if your purchases were deposited there?</p>
