Limitations of non work or school office 365 accounts

So I have an issue wih how much microsoft limits office 365 home compared to work and school accounts. Office home customers pay for the product and therefore should be able to have the same benefits of the linking their account to cortana that buisnesses use aside from the team stuff. Seems like microsoft is really limiting its paying customers here.
