OneNote for Office 365

I know Microsoft annouced a few years ago that they would be adding features to the Office 365 version of OneNote after they orginally said they would retire the application.

If I was to start using OneNote more heavily, Which version should I focus my usage on? OneNote for Windows or OneNote in Office ?
