Problem with premium.outlook.com (let service expire)

I signed up for a premium outlook pilot account about a year ago and I didn’t renew it on time. I decided that I wanted to renew and when I try to log in now it will just hang after logging in. If I log in with a different account that was not previously signed up as part of the pilot program, I can go though the sign up process and seems to work fine. Anyone else run into this and figure out how to get around it? Or who I should contact? Thanks

You can contact outlook premium help at microsoft dot com (without the spaces).

In reply to johngalt:

I went there before posting and did a chat. The person helping me kept thinking it was a problem with Outlook.com not premium.outlook.com. They wanted to do a screen share and I decided it wasn't worth it at the time and didn't see what would be causing the problem on my end anyway.

I'll probably go to their support forum and see if I have any more luck. I'm not sure if I've ever had an issue resolved by going that route though. I guess its not a big deal anyway. I was on the fence about paying for it since I really don't need the custom domain. Just seemed like a good deal and down the road it could be useful.

That almost always gets a boilerplate response suggesting everything you have already tried. The TechNet forums might get you an answer.

I would go back to the support site and hope for a more sentient tech.

I have the same problem. I have been in contact with MS (level 3 support) for two weeks now and haven't been able to resolve the problem. Today MS pointed me to an old link and was able to sign up for the old add free support (it claims it Outlook Premium), but it doesn't have the new domain support features.

When I go to premium.outlook.com and try to sign in, I get the spinning graphic and it says loading. I have let is run for over two hours.

This occurs with different computers and browsers.
