Teams Tasks are where?

I’ve started using Teams for more and more things, and that includes task lists. I’ve also been trying to look for anywhere else where they are. Are they just in Teams? They don’t seem to be showing up in To Do. Is there another app that I should be using to access my Teams task lists?

Tasks are in Teams in more than one way. The original way was via Planner. If you go to a Channel and click the + at the top you can create a new plan to create and track tasks as a KanBan board. You can also pin the Planner Teams app to the side rail by clicking the … and right clicking Planner and choosing Pin

There is also Microsoft Lists which is an update to Sharepoint Lists. This is more flexible and lets you make the list look and behave however you want.
