When will Microsoft use AI in Outlook to stop spam and phishing?

With all the AI news of late, I have been wondering just how long it will be before Microsoft uses it in Outlook to help catch the spam and phishing emails we receive each day. Perhaps they already do, yet I keep getting tons of emails like below.
