According to this article, “saying “Hey Cortana” does nothing. All those third-party skills are no longer operative”.

I just tried it and I can still say “Hey Cortana, play Michael Jackson on Spotify” and hear Billie Jean begin on my Invoke.

    <p>Bott normally is on target. But my Invoke just recited his Wikipedia creds (damn quickly I must add). So not so dead after all–perhaps just malingering with just cause?</p>
